Location: This is a hybrid opportunity where you will work once a week in the office. Our office location is at 10th and 11th Floor Robinsons Cyber Omega, Pearl Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines 1605

As Accounts Payable Specialist with Insight, you will hold a position that is responsible for supporting the Accounts Payable team for managing vendor relationships, processing invoices (Invoice Receipting), Travel & Expense audit & processing and AP Payments, ensuring compliance with financial standards, support month-end activities and reconcile vendor accounts. Along the way, you will contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the AP function.

As Accounts Payable Specialist, You Will Get To
- Validate, process, and ensure timely payment of vendor invoices for the APAC region, primarily Singapore, including vendor master data and banking details management.
- Perform AP ledger and bank reconciliations, support month-end closing, and assist with internal/external audits.
- Manage the AP mailbox, review employee travel and expense reimbursements via Concur, and collaborate with departments to resolve invoice/payment issues.
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures, generate AP reports (e.g., GRIR, aging), and support process improvements.

- Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or any Accounting–related degree.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience within an accounting/finance role (Accounts Payable Process).
- Expertise with end-to-end Accounts Payable Process.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in research, quality control, or statistical skills.
- Expertise with end-to-end Accounts Payable Process.
- Experience with Accounting and Finance ERP systems - SAP
