As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will:
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payments accurately.
- Verify and reconcile accounts payable transactions.
- Maintain vendor files and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure timely payments and respond to vendor inquiries.
- Support month-end closing and reporting activities.
Non-negotiables
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience in accounts payable or a similar role
- Knowledge of AP processes and accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Experience with international payments and vendor management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Australian AP experience is a plus
