- Coding and entering supplier invoices
- Review all supplier invoices and ensure that they have been approved for payment
- Registration of suppliers and filing of registration documents
- Liaise with relevant managers and suppliers
- Assisting in managing the company’s credit cards
- Process and organise payment for overseas payments in foreign currency
- Proactively contribute to the growth and overall performance of the Wellcom business
- Support management team as required
- Prior experience with end to end Accounts Payable
- Australia AP experience an advantage.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
