YOUR ROLE:

• Coding and entering supplier invoices
• Review all supplier invoices and ensure that they have been approved for payment
• Registration of suppliers and filing of registration documents
• Liaise with relevant managers and suppliers
• Assisting in managing the company’s credit cards
• Process and organise payment for overseas payments in foreign currency
• Proactively contribute to the growth and overall performance of the Wellcom business
• Support management team as required
  
  

What You Need

• Prior experience with end to end Accounts Payable
• Australia AP experience an advantage.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
