Job Description

Key activities

Expenses processing.

• Extract, print and process supplier invoices and statements.
• Prepare EFTs and manage payment of suppliers in accordance with payment terms.
• Distribute invoices to Managers for approval and chase return thereof.
• Reconcile supplier statements, follow up outstanding invoices.
• Respond to supplier account queries and resolve any invoice discrepancies in a professional manner.
• Produce monthly AP reconciliation reports.
• Assist with month end closing reports and reconciliations.
• Process credit notes and customer claims
  
  

Administrative & Finance Support

• Support Finance with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
• Filling, photocopying and other clerical or administrative duties.
• File paid invoices.
  
  

Act in best interests of the company.

• Act in the best interests of the company at all times.
• Refrain from acting or giving the appearance of acting contrary to the interests of the Company.
• Use your best endeavours to protect the good name and reputation of the company, the Director and Staff.
• Perform your duties to the best of your ability and energy.

• System compliance
• Report all incidents, hazards, near misses and unsafe work practices
• Ensure all policies, procedures, safe work practices and safe work procedures are followed.
• Promote safe attitudes and work practices.
• Participate in toolbox talks, contribute to the team’s safety and productivity.
