We are seeking an Accounts Payable Lead to join our Finance team, who will ensure the efficient, accurate, and timely processing of vendor payments and financial obligations.

What you'll do

Invoice and Payment Management

• Review and verify the accuracy of vendor invoices, matching them with purchase orders and delivery receipts

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments in line with company policies

• Manage weekly payment runs and monitor cash flow to support operational needs

Reconciliation and Reporting

• Monitor AP aging reports and resolve outstanding items in a timely manner

• Generate and prepare AP-related reports for monthly closing activities

• Maintain proper documentation and vendor records for audit and compliance

Process Improvement and Compliance

• Ensure adherence to tax and regulatory requirements in all payables processes

• Recommend and implement improvements to streamline AP workflows

• Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams for cross-functional efficiency

What we look for

• Experience: 3–5 years in Accounts Payable, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead capacity

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Knowledge: Solid understanding of accounting principles and AP best practices

• Tools: Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and other accounting software
