Our headquarters is in Omaha, Nebraska. Abroad, we have offices in Guadalajara and Mexico City. We are looking for someone to support one of our customers in the USA.

Our client provides professional management and accounting services for condominiums, communities, and homeowners associations. They ensure value real estate investment with professional advice and knowledgeable input at an affordable price.

Activities

• Issuing payment for community invoices and ensuring timely payment to community vendors.
• Input invoices into CINC system, and pre-code invoices.
• Follow AP checklists to ensure all the recurring bills have been paid for the month/ year. Keep the checklist up to date while reviewing it regularly.
• Contact vendors for missing invoices.
• Notify the community manager of low funds or other issues.
• Keep vendor information up to date.
• Respond to emails and high-importance flagged emails.

Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma. BA is a plus
• 1 year of accounts payable experience
• Experience with data entry
