As an Accounts Payable Clerk Level 1, you will:
- Accurately input invoice data into the system, averaging 3,600 invoices per month or a minimum of 150 invoices per day.
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of information before entry.
- Maintain organized records of invoices and supporting documents.
- Generate and review daily statistic and rejection reports to ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve discrepancies or missing information.
- Uphold confidentiality and data integrity in all transactions.
Non-negotiables
- At least 1 year of experience in data entry or Accounts Payable role
- Experience in handling invoice processing or working within an accounting/finance environment is an advantage
- Experience in using Excel
