Accounts Payable (AU Industrial Services, Hybrid)

Schedule: Monday- Friday (06:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT)

What will you do?

Accounts Payable Processing & Transaction Management

• Process large volume supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies, escalating complex issues to the team lead or manager.

Payment & Documentation Support

• Assist with payment run preparation and ensure all documentation is complete.
• Maintain and update vendor records in Microsoft D365 or similar systems.
• Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.

Team Collaboration & Escalation

• Work under the guidance of a senior/team lead who serves as the main point of contact.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and process efficiency.
• Participate in daily or weekly catch-ups to stay aligned with onshore team priorities.

What are we looking for?

• 2–3+ years of AU/US experience in Accounts Payable or finance-related roles.
• Foundational knowledge of accounting principles and AP processes.
• Experience with Microsoft D365, Nav, AX, or Business Central a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Effective communication and ability to escalate issues appropriately.
• Comfortable working in a team and collaborating across time zones.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within a structured offshore support team.
