Accounts Payable Senior Associate
Night Shift - Onsite
Reporting to: Accounts Payable Team Leader
SUMMARY:
A US-based health care company is seeking a Manila-based Accounts Payable Senior Associate with at least 2+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, experience with SAGE INTACC or similar software, and the ability to provide high-quality AP Support. The accounts Payable is responsible for verifying and entering invoices in the systems and investigating and resolving issues for the company's payable.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Properly classify invoices to correct GL Account and sub accounts for multiple jurisdiction.
- Receive and verify approved invoices
- Monitors outstanding checks
- Review completeness from vendors
- Perform any other duties assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related
- At least 2 years AP experience
- ERP software experience
- Understanding of GAAP Accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
