Your role

Essential Functions

As a Accounts Payable Assistant, you will:

• Review incoming invoices for processing
• Data entry of vendor invoices for payment
• Research discrepancies and unapproved/unpaid invoices
• Perform periodic vendor statement reconciliations to ensure all invoices for the company have been collected and processed by Shared Service Accounts Payable
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of weekly AP reporting

What You Need:

• Excellent customer service responsiveness, Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate skill level in Excel
• Willing to work onsite and night shift
• Educational background in General Accounting
