Accounts Payable Accountant (Night Shift)

  • Invoice Processing and Validation
  • Sorting of Invoices via generic AP mailbox
  • Supplier Feedback and Issue Handling
  • Manage queries received in AP Mailbox
  • Reconciliation of Vendors Account
  • Account Management
  • Sort, Review, Match, and Process invoices
  • Keeps abreast with the latest on Information Technology.
  • Assists training of new users in SAP
  • Performs and assumes other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.
  • Completes special projects as assigned by AP Team Leader and assists team members as required to provide accounting service to customer.

Job Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate of Business Administration, Accountancy or Finance.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an accounts payable role prefered, but fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  • Must be amenable to work a night-shift.
  • Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig (hybrid working set-up).
