Job Purpose
To identify, pursue, and develop potential markets, partners, and channels of distribution for Motorcycle Retail products.
Roles and Responsibilities:
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:
1. Grows and develops assigned Motorcycle accounts and/or programs.
2. Meets the annual sales target of assigned Motorcycle accounts and/or programs (in terms of sales amount and number of enrollments).
3. Identifies unmet insurance needs of assigned Motorcycle accounts and provides inputs for the development of products that would meet these needs, in coordination with subject matter experts within the organization.
4. Cross-sells and up-sells appropriate Pioneer products to existing Motorcycle accounts/clients, in coordination with subject matter experts within the organization.
ACCOUNTS SERVICING:
- On-boarding of New Accounts
- Documents Management
- Relationship Management
- Enrollment, Sales, Billing & Collection
Qualifications:
- Graduate of bachelor's degree course preferably business administration or management.
- Min. of 3 years in Motor Insurance/Non-Life Insurance/Sales preferred
- Min. of 3 years in accounts acquisition/pursuing new account
- Min. of 3 years of sales fieldwork
- Background in Marketing is preferred.
