We are looking for a Accounts Assistant to support our finance team with daily administrative and accounting tasks. You will help maintain financial records and ensure the smooth operation of financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Enter financial transactions into accounting software.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare financial reports and summaries.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Maintain organized records and filing systems.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and software.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting programs.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Knowledge of GAAP standards.
- Progress toward CPA or CMA certification.
