Primary Responsibilities:
- Monitor and account for cargo sales reports submission from reporting entities.
- Edit and validate air waybills against sales report data.
- Input air waybills not yet encoded into RAPID, Revenue Accounting system.
- Check all applicable conditions (special rate sheets) related to the issuance of each air waybill.
- Edit the rates of air waybills where the special rates were not encoded into the system.
- Validate each amount collected against the sales reports data.
- Prepare debit and credit memo.
- Analyze and summarize Cargo Revenue by Tail.
- Prepares monthly billing thru the IATA clearing house thru SIS.
- Maintain the filing of all sales reports on a monthly basis.
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior.
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel.
