In this role, your mission is to:

• Mentor accountants and foster a high-performance, inclusive team culture.
• Oversee financial reporting, compliance with US GAAP, and regulatory alignment.
• Drive financial accuracy and efficiency through tech adoption and process improvements.

This Role Is For You If...

Experience:

• You have 5–10 years of progressive accounting experience, with 3–5 years in managing teams.
• You possess US or European accounting experience (restaurant industry background is a plus).

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s preferred).
• CPA, CMA, or CA certification strongly preferred.

Technical Skills:

• You’re proficient in QuickBooks, Xero, R365, and advanced Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables).
• You’re experienced in data analytics tools like Syft.

Leadership & Strategy:

• You have proven success leading cross-functional teams.
• You possess strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
