Job Summary
We are hiring an Accounting Supervisor (CPA) to oversee cash disbursements, bank-related transactions, and financial reporting. The role involves supervising accounting staff, ensuring accurate reconciliations, and supporting the Accounting Manager in preparing reports and maintaining compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Act as main contact for bank transactions (fund transfers, certificates, investments, etc.).
Supervise the cash disbursement team and serve as PCF custodian.
Prepare cash position reports, accruals, and adjusting entries.
Oversee A/P, A/R, GL postings, lapsing schedules, and prepayments.
Check bank reconciliations, group charges, and monthly financial reports.
Maintain schedules of payables, advances, accruals, and investments.
Qualifications
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with supervisory experience.
Background in the shipping industry is an advantage.
Willing to work onsite in Pasay.
