Accounting Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensures accuracy and completeness of all financial records, keeping them up to date and organized.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws.
• Develops and updates budgets to assist in financial planning and management.
• Monitoring expenditure and profits and providing reports.
• Evaluating internal management systems, procedures, and risks in order to provide recommendations.
• Checking and preparing monthly summary of Journals, Check vouchers, Vouchers payable, Sales Journal, Journal Entries and Inventory.
• Ensures timely processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable, maintaining cash flow stability.
• Preparation of Cash flow and Financial Statement.
• Ensures accurate and timely filing of Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) tax returns and other related documents.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
2. At least 5-up years’ work experience in Accounting Field
3. Strong analytical communication and computer skills
4. Knowledgeable in Cost Accounting
5. Knowledgeable in QuickBooks, SAP or any accounting systems.
6. Knowledgeable in Mining and Governmental Reportorial requirements such as BIR, SSS, SEC, Permit, etc.
7. CPA license is an Advantage but not required
