Job Responsibilities:

• Supervising and training accounting staffs
• Assisting the preparation of payroll
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in accounting software and technologies to optimize accounting procedures.
• Helping in preparing accounting reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Accurately filling out tax returns and making sure business taxes are paid on time.
• Giving management regular financial updates on the company
• Complies with accounting operational standards by identifying opportunities for system enhancements, fixing issues, and providing financial data for strategic plans and reviews.
• Maintains the value of the organization by keeping information private.
• Do other tasks assigned to him/her

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) accreditation.
• Solid understanding of accounting concepts and procedures.
• At least 5 years experience working as an Accounting Supervisor.
• Excellent analytical skills, organizational skills, and detail-oriented.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Microsoft, SAP, and other accounting software
