ACCOUNTING STAFF (FOR EQUIPMENT RENTAL)

About the role

BACHOCO CONSTRUCTION & SUPPLY is seeking a full-time Accounting Staff (For Equipment Rental) to join our growing team in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental. This role will be responsible for handling the accounting and financial management tasks related to our equipment rental business.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the accounts receivable and accounts payable for the equipment rental business
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, statements, and reports
• Process invoices, reconcile accounts, and ensure timely payments
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for the equipment rental operations
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any financial or accounting-related issues
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
• Support the Finance team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in the equipment rental or construction industry
• Proficient in accounting software, spreadsheet applications, and financial reporting tools
• Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
• Familiarity with relevant accounting regulations and compliance requirements
