Accounting Staff

1. Verify and reconcile sales data from various sources such as Sales Invoices and Collection Receipts.

2. Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices.

3. Collaborate with the Operations team and other financial institutions such as banks to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.

4. Maintain records of all sales transactions and related documentation.

5. Assist in the month-end closing process by providing needed data and reports.

6. Perform other accounting-related tasks as maybe assigned from time to time.

• Minimum Qualifications: Must be a graduate of Accountancy, Finance, Banking, Business Studies, Administration, Management, and all other business related courses
• Strong analytical and a problem solver
• Efficient in MS Office
• Must be determined and strong-willed
• Detailed Oriented and pro-active
• Highly organized and can work with minimal supervision
