- Maintains financial security by establishing internal controls.
- Guides other department by researching and interpreting accounting policy, applying observations and recommendation to operational issues.
- Evaluate industry’s and the organization’s practices on the process of capital assets depreciation.
- Review balance sheet, general ledger accounts and income statement schedule.
- Prepare payment to logistics and suppliers thru checks and online payment.
- Prepare and monitor Petty cash flows and makes Sale invoice for Clients.
- Prepares Compensation and Benefits, HDMF, PHIC and HDMF remittances, EPRS payments.
- Bookkeeping, keeps Financial Statements and other documents needed by our outsource bookkeeping company.
- Controls Petty cash.
- Prepares Monthly Profit and Loss, so as Fund summary.
- File documents weekly and see to it that it is updated.
- Track data on environmental management costs.
- Prepare budgets for environmental management program.
- Evaluate economic feasibility of environmental projects.
