Job Summary

The Accounting staff will help with billing related matters such as Accounts Receivable, cash applications, gather data, calculate charges and fees, and create invoices for billing purposes.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• M anages incoming payments, properly tracking them into the system to maintain accurate bookkeeping records.
• Maintaining bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets and updating information as needed.
• Communicate with clients and other departments to request payment and arrange payment plans.
• Collect payments from customers and accurately recording them in the system.
• Creating reports and balance sheets that document overall profits and losses.
• Update client accounts based on payment or contact information.
• Performs other related duties, as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Must have Bachelor's degree in Accounting Technology, Management Accounting, Financial Management, or equivalent.
• At least a year of experience in accounting and accounts receivable related role.
• Must have basic understanding of clerical and administrative procedures.
• Must have excellent english written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Amenable to work on-site & in the graveyard shift.
  
  

Position Type:

This is a full-time position.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Php 17,600 to 19,250 Monthly Base pay
• Night Differential Pay
