What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations using QuickBooks
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports with accuracy and timeliness
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts regularly
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month-end closing activities
- Prepare financial reports and summaries as needed by the team or leadership
- Communicate and follow up with vendors and internal teams on payment and billing matters
- Support ad hoc finance-related tasks and reporting as required
- Experience or knowledge in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) is a plus, but not required
- Background in the BPO or outsourcing industry is preferred, but not mandatory
- 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Open to fresh graduates with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce
- Proficient in QuickBooks or a similar accounting tool
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in handling financial data
- Solid understanding of accounting principles
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be willing to work onsite
