Requirements
with one Saturday (every last Saturday of the month)
Salary: Php 25,000
Location: Kapitolyo, Pasig City
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
- At least 1 year of working experience
- Can start ASAP
- Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
- Knowledgeable of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations
- Proficient in computer skills in MS Office particularly Excel
- Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes.
- Willing to learn and accept other Finance related responsibilities
- Ensures accurate sales reconciliation across branches
- Bank reconciliations and audits
- Reconciles cash collections
- Provide accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information
- Comply with all company and financial regulations
- Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data
- Creating reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
- Maintaining accurate financial records.
- In charge of all BIR Tax reports
- In charge of payroll
- In charge of government contributions (sss, pagibig, philhealth, etc.)
- Manage petty cash funds
- Responsible in billing
- Responsible in collection
- Bookkeeping
- other accounting-related
