The position assumes the functions of Management Accounting, performing cost accounting (recording, analyzing, and reporting business data for internal use) to support business risk assessment, budgeting, and service cost planning. This helps guide strategic decision making. He/she will conduct analyses to forecast, budget, and assess performance plans, presenting them to Departmental and Division Heads to assist in operational decisions.
Additionally, he/she will assist the Finance Head by handling delegated tasks such as preparing financial and performance reports, providing departments with budget updates, and reviewing internal controls to help maintain stability in departmental operations when the Finance Head is unavailable.
The primary role of revenue management is to maximize the business’s opportunities for revenue and profit. The Accounting Officer is responsible for compiling and analyzing data to inform pricing and profitability decisions. He/she also gathers data on the business and its competitors.

Summary
- Assist in planning and directing the activities of the finance and accounting department
- Oversee the preparation of financial performance reports required by the Execom and Department Heads
- Assist in overseeing day-to-day revenue management operations, including client costing, CE creation and uploading, and other transactions
- Provide insightful information to executives to support both long-term and short-term decision-making
- Prepare financial data and generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports
- Coordinate with internal clients to complete assigned tasks within the deadline
- Analyze discrepancies in financial reports and implement appropriate resolutions
- Assist Department Heads and DBMs in budget preparation and expense management activities, as necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Admin and Finance team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- 1 to 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience
- Proficient in MS Excel, must be detail-oriented and possess good analytical skills
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Familiarity with using accounting system software
