We are looking for a tech-savvy Accountant Manager to join our growing team at Unloop Accounting and you will have the following responsibilities:

We Are Looking For
We are looking for a tech-savvy Accountant Manager to join our growing team at Unloop Accounting and you will have the following responsibilities:
- Onboard new clients using the template and assign them to the right Accountant.
- Make sure Accountants deliver services on time and keep clients satisfied.
- Help onboard new team members and make them feel supported and ready.
- Review monthly financial reports for errors before sending them to clients.
- Monitor client channels to ensure clear communication.
- Check that Accountants meet goals and help balance workloads.
- Work with other Managers to resolve issues before escalating them to senior leaders.
- Give feedback to senior leaders on systems and suggest improvements.
- Look for ways to grow client revenue and share ideas with senior leadership.
- Do regular team evaluations, recommend promotions, and ensure clear, professional communication with clients.

Qualifications
We don’t believe in a strict list of “qualifications”. We care more about the passion for the industry and role, the grit you have to learn new challenges, and your ability to work well with others! Here are some general guidelines of what we’re looking for:
- 3–7 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Supervisory experience (e.g., leading a team, overseeing accounting operations)
- Experience with general ledger functions, month-end/year-end close, audit support, and financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Dear, XERO)
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- CPA is a plus
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and integrations with accounting systems
- Experience with inventory accounting, cost of goods sold (COGS), and deferred revenue
- Experience with SaaS-based and marketing businesses
- Paid Regular Philippines holidays (Legal/Regular holidays acknowledged by the Ph-Law).
- Overtime Pay (should you be required to work outside your normal schedule).
- Paid Vacation Leaves (8 days after a probationary period then additional 2 paid leaves every work anniversary).
