Job Summary
The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, and producing timely financial reports. This role involves managing a team of accounting professionals, supporting compliance with financial regulations, and contributing to strategic financial planning and audits.

This role involves managing a team of accounting professionals, supporting compliance with financial regulations, and contributing to strategic financial planning and audits.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads and mentors the accounting team, ensuring all responsibilities are carried out accurately, efficiently, and on schedule
- Prepares, reviews, and analyzes various financial reports, including those required for regulatory compliance, tax filings, budgeting, and internal management
- Supports and oversees auditing processes to promote financial integrity and operational effectiveness
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required; CPA certification is mandatory; Master's degree is preferred
- Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in accounting, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or management role
- Skills: Demonstrated leadership capabilities; excellent verbal and written communication; strong organizational, time management, decision-making, and team management skills
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of accounting principles, audit procedures, and financial report preparation and analysis
