Accounting Manager

Job Description:

The Accounting Manager will lead financial operations for our offshore client, including billing, bookkeeping, and accounting functions. This role ensures financial accuracy and compliance while fostering positive client and team relationships. Key responsibilities include managing audits, financial reporting, and cross-departmental collaboration to support the company’s financial health.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee billing, bookkeeping, accounts receivable, and payable functions.
• Conduct financial audits and reviews, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
• Analyze financial statements and proactively resolve discrepancies.
• Supervise a team of accounting professionals, fostering growth and efficiency.
• Strengthen internal and external client relationships through accurate financial communication.
• Identify process improvements for greater accuracy and efficiency.
• Support financial planning, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CMA preferred.
• 5+ years in accounting or finance, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and auditing processes.
• Leadership experience with a focus on team development.
• Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, Power BI, and MS Excel.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Must be available to work US business hours.
