- Lead and guide the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning in collaboration with other departments
- Manage core financial tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, cash flow, and banking relationships
- Ensure compliance with regulations through audits, internal controls, and improved financial systems
- Provide financial advice to leadership and stay updated on accounting standards, tax laws, and industry rules.
- Graduate of BS Accountancy, Finance, or related field
- Atleast 23 years of experience in accounting or finance management
- Strong knowledge of financial rules, tax laws, and accounting standards
- Skilled in QuickBooks, SAP, Microsoft Excel, and other financial software
- Experience in healthcare accounting or billing is an advantage
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work with management and external partners
- Shows integrity, initiative, and professionalism
