Responsibilities
Basic Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process order-based invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve any accounts payable-related issues promptly.
- Conduct vendor reconciliations to maintain accurate records.
- Maintain accurate vendor records and update account information as needed.
- Process and record incoming payments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Verify receipts and documentation of employee expense claims in a timely manner.
- Assist in month-end closing processes and reporting.
- Participate in project work and initiatives to enhance financial processes.
- Promote and uphold compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required:
To qualify, candidates must have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Previous experience in accounts payable is a plus.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying work hours.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Strong skills in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Familiar with MS Dynamics AX, Medius, and SAP Concur.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Resourceful and collaborative.
