Accounting Clerk (US Real Property Consulting, Homebased)

Description

Salary: P50,000- P75,000 (Monthly Gross Package)

Schedule: Monday to Tuesday (11:00PM to 8AM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in an accounting role, with a solid understanding of GAAP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with advanced skills in functions, formulas, and macros.
• Experience with Crystal Reports or similar reporting tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present financial data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, particularly in AI for automation.
  
  

What will you do?

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards.
• Analyze income statements and other financial reports, summarizing findings for management review.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions and macros to streamline reporting processes.
• Generate reports using Crystal Reports and assist in the development of automated reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with upper management to present financial findings clearly and effectively.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies, including AI tools for reporting.
• Support month-end closing processes and assist with financial audits as needed.
