We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will support daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and assist with various bookkeeping tasks to ensure smooth financial processes.
Location: Mandaluyong, Philippines
Work Mode: Work From Office
Role: Accounting Clerk - Reliever
What You'll Do
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
Assist with invoice preparation and payment processing
Maintain and update financial records and databases
Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies
Support month-end closing procedures
Prepare basic financial reports and summaries
What We're Looking For
Atleast months of accounting or bookkeeping experience
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
