Her work includes checking and review of invoices to ensure that the documents are properly validated before encoding the data to the system. This position requires preparation of accounts payable reports, matching and validation of documents, filling of check vouchers and unpaid invoices.

Job Description:
General Responsibility
- Accurate and timely review, recording and tracking of payables.
- Ensures all payables are properly approved before payment processing.
- Keeping complete and organized payment voucher files.
- Implements policies and procedures set and ensures controls.
- Maintains reports and historical records.
- Accurate and efficient payments processing
- Complete check vouchers and supporting documents
- Efficient filing system
- Up-to-date payable schedule.
- Complete supplier accreditation record.
- Adaption of latest relevant regulations.
- Being proactive in pre-empting or resolving work-related issues.
- BS Accountancy graduate or any Accounting related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience is a plus
- Must be proficient in QuickBooks online and online payments.
- Knowledgeable of Accounting and Accounts Payable procedures
- Excellent MS Excel and MS Word skills
- Keen to details, data entry skills and has excellent problem solving skills
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Resourceful and with initiative
- With high analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work on-site
