The Admin Accounting Assistant/Inventory Staff is responsible in providing crucial support in administrative tasks and financial operations which involves handling documentation, assisting in financial record-keeping; canvassing, purchasing and managing of office supplies and donation materials, preparation of cash advances and expense liquidation reports, and ensuring efficient office operations.
BS Finance, BS Accountancy or BSBA Financial Management or any related field
Financial management skills, Analytical thinking, Software application knowledge, Bookkeeping, Accomplishment report writing.
- Proven ability to manage confidential information and maintain discretion
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Willing to work in Santo Tomas Davao Del Norte.
