Position: Junior Support Accountant
Location: Two E-Com, MOA, Pasay City

Position Summary
The Junior Support Accountant is responsible in providing effective and efficient accounting support on a wide range of activities across the PSC Group including Central Services and the UK branches which includes handling accounts payable, payroll, intercompany charges, bookkeeping, and account reconciliations.

Position Summary
The Junior Support Accountant is responsible in providing effective and efficient accounting support on a wide range of activities across the PSC Group including Central Services and the UK branches which includes handling accounts payable, payroll, intercompany charges, bookkeeping, and account reconciliations.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Support accounts payable and payroll processing with associated taxations and superannuation
- Process journal entries, recording of intercompany charges and staff expenses
- Process accounts and balance sheet reconciliations and accurate payment postings
- Perform bookkeeping and maintain accurate records of customers and invoices in the system
- Other ad-hoc or reporting tasks if needed.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any other related fields
- At least 1-2 years of experience with accounts payable, payroll, bookkeeping, and/or any other general accounting tasks.
- Excellent Communication Skills (both written and verbal)
- Preferably with experience in using any accounting or ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications specifically Excel
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organization and planning skills, collaboration and partnering skills
- Amenable to Work on Dayshift.
- Amenable to Hybrid Work Set-Up (Two-Ecom, MOA).
