Key Responsibilities

  • Process and record accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and on time
  • Assist in payroll checking, computation, and related documentation
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and supporting documents
  • Reconcile invoices and resolve discrepancies
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to our accounting team
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of financial and employee data
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Effective organizational and time-management skills
  • Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required
