- In-charge of Sales Invoices, Billing Invoices and Delivery Receipts
- Reconciliation of Sales Invoice and Billing Invoice
- In-charge for the collection of payments and coordination with the banks
- In-charge of the petty cash reimbursement
- Responsible for filing, monitoring and safe-keeping all accounting documents and records in an orderly manner for easy reference
- Encodes all data related to accounting
- Support administrative and accounting related tasks
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
- Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
- Knowledgeable of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations
with one Saturday (every last Saturday of the month)
