Accounting Assistant

POSITION:

• Accounting Assistant

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Graduate of BS Accountancy

· With a minimum of five (5) years of experience in bookkeeping and related accounting works

· With knowledge in Real Estate accounting (with Housing Projects)

· Knowledge of Accounting Systems is a plus

· Willing to work overtime

· With good moral character

· Must be a good team player

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Bookkeeping / handles accounting books using an in-house system.

2. Prepares periodic reports and filing of withholding taxes, VAT, and others for submission to BIR.

3. Assists in preparing a Contract of Lease and prepares a statement of account for tenants.

4. Collects tenant’s rental payments and issues official receipts.

5. Attends to tenant’s concerns.

6. Assists in the preparation of payroll schedules and other payables.

7. Prepares sales/installment contract receivables report and cash position report.

8. Prepares analysis schedule for audit.

9. Prepares monthly schedule and payment for SSS, Pag-Ibig, and Philhealth and updates and submits Annual General Information Sheet to SEC

10. Assists in processing of business permits renewal.

11. Performs other tasks that the immediate supervisor may require.

OTHER DETAILS:

1. On-site, 8:30 - 5:30 working hours, Monday to Friday.
2. Benefits include 14th-month pay, HMO, and life insurance.
3. With VL and SL.

5. Annual salary increase depending on work performance.
