Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or equivalent.Minimum 1 year of experience in property bookkeeping/management.
Fluent in English. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.Handles accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate transaction records.Completes reconciliation and analysis of financial records.
Experience in real estate or property management is a plus. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (preferably Yardi Voyager and HomeWise Docs).
