We are looking for an Entry-Level Bookkeeper with keen attention to detail and a solid grasp of financial management. Key Responsibilities

Below are some of the responsibilities a bookkeeper is expected to assume in their position:

• Maintain accurate accounting records by compiling, verifying, and analyzing account information.
• Ensure the integrity of financial data by reconciling bank statements and other financial records.
• Record financial transactions in account ledgers and prepare periodic financial statements.
• Analyze financial data, tracking trends to forecast future business requirements and opportunities.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of financial information.
  
  

Below Are The Qualifications Expected Of a Bookkeeper

• Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and finance.
• Proficiency in accounting software, MS Office, and Google Workspace. Advanced MS Excel and Google Sheet preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
• Proactive mindset and capable of taking initiative.
  
  

a Plus If You Have

• Previous experience in the SaaS, POS, restaurant, hospitality, or food service industry.
• Startup experience and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Experience with remote or virtual team collaboration.
  
  

Working Environment

• Full/Part-time, remote, or work from office depending on location.

Compensation: PHP 18,000-23,000 monthly.
