Accountant (CPA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of finance, accounting, taxation, and cost control procedures.
• Prepare statutory financial reports in compliance with local regulations.
• Ensure adherence to local tax compliance and insurance accounting standards.

• Regular communication with internal stakeholders, including senior management, sales, and operations, to ensure collaboration and alignment in achieving business objectives.
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, taxation authorities, the Insurance Commission, and other regulatory bodies for statutory audits and tax filings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Finance.
• 4-5 years of relevant experience in General, Audit, and Tax Accounting, with at least 3 years in the insurance, banking, or audit industry.
• Proven track record in leading a finance team.
• Must be willing to work in Laguna.
