Your Role

As a Bookkeeper, you will:

• Record day-to-day financial transactions accurately.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial data is up-to-date.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Generate financial reports for management review.
• Assist in payroll processing and monthly closings.
  
  

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
• Familiarity with bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  
  

Preferred skills/expertise

• Certification in bookkeeping or related field
• Experience in payroll processing
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Australian bookkeeping experience is a plus
