Job Description
1. Develops & implements customer business plans and reports progress accordingly.
2. Promotes educational materials in his assigned area (Schools, Associations, Organizations, and Practitioners).
3. Facilitates and attends special events affecting his assigned area (e.g., seminars, book fairs).
4. Manages his selling expense budget according to the approved annual business plan.
5. Presents and sells learning solutions to customers using prescribed selling tools.
6. Attends to customer concerns/complaints and reports the same to the Regional Sales Manager, especially when assistance is needed.
7. Gathers customer information, market intelligence, anticipates forthcoming customer initiatives and monitors competitor’s activities in the assigned territory.
8. Manages all expenses & allocation of resources (both admin and sales-related) of his area and submits prescribed forms to Regional Sales Manager for approval.
9. Prepares or issues Sales Order Form based on customer orders and forwards the same to the branch supervisor for processing.
10. Requests for examination copies from branch supervisor and delivers to customers.
11. Submits prescribed weekly & monthly sales & expense reports to RSM for discussion & approval.
12. Facilitates and coordinates the immediate pullout of stocks and collection of all account receivables of his customers with the branch supervisor.
13. Must develop an excellent working knowledge of the company’s products and services.
14. Performs other tasks that might be assigned from time to time
