Job Description

-Ensure seamless handling, evaluation, and timely filing of reserve accounts.

-Achieve ambitious targets within specified timelines.

-Conduct prompt evaluations and complete necessary documentation for each account.

-Ensure timely filing of qualified accounts for smooth loan processing aligned with monthly and yearly projections.

-Meet the challenge of a 90% collection rating by efficiently managing assigned accounts.

-Facilitate proper handling of takeout accounts for seamless unit turnover.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, or related field.

-Proven experience in account management, preferably in real estate industry.

-Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail.

-Ability to meet targets and deadlines consistently.

- Familiarity with loan processing procedures is a plus.

-Must be willing to report to our Taytay, Rizal office
