Account Manager, Public Sector - Central Luzon

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with LGUs and government agencies.
• Drive adoption of GCash’s digital services for disbursements, collections, and financial inclusion.
• Identify and onboard new LGUs and government offices for digitization initiatives, including disbursements, collections, and financial inclusion programs.
• Develop and execute account-specific strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Represent GCash in public sector meetings, workshops, and events.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and provide timely reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to for possible customization and implementation of solutions.
• Analyze market trends and provide feedback for product development.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Public Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in account management or business development (preferably in public sector or fintech).
• Familiarity with LGU operations in Region 2 and CAR.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
