Skills Required
- Experience in credit and collection work environment
- Ability to build rapport quickly with a firm, engaging and respectful telephone manner
- Expert customer service capabilities, negotiation and problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels both written and verbal
- Build strong relationship with loan accounts, develop an in-depth understanding of their needs, and offer solutions with the best chance of recovery
- Manage, negotiate and monitor payments
- Complying with company policies and procedures
- Liaising with internal teams to address payment issues and escalate where necessary
- WFH
