Account Manager for Davao (Chemical/Industrial)

Job Scope Summary:

• End-to-end account management including, business segmentation analysis, manage customer complaints and after sales support.
• Will drive growth through new wins and business expansion with the existing and new customers.
• Develop and propose for business solutions to the customers
• Leads supplier audits of the customers
• Meet or exceed sales growth, gross margin, pipeline and other business goals through business plan, costumer data management, daily customer calls (for field based only), client presentation,etc.
• Sales forecasting and DSO management.

Job Qualifications:

• Must have a degree in Chemical engineering, chemistry and equivalent.
• PRC license is an advantage.
• Minimum 4 years experience in key account management in related industrial segment industry, Lubes (industrial) products, other industrial specialty chemicals (PU, Water, Mining, Glass, Refrigerants, etc).
• Proven track record in successfully managing and growing key accounts.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Exposure in marketing work is a plus.
• Driving skills is an advantage.
• Based in Davao
