We’re looking for a dynamicAccount Manager / Business Partnerto lead client relationships and oversee service delivery for a leading Australian construction company. This is a high-impact role where you’ll be the face of our operations, driving performance, building trust, and unlocking growth opportunities.

- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations
- Manage day-to-day operations of client accounts, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery
- Anticipate client needs and proactively develop solutions to address challenges
- Lead and oversee support teams to ensure quality and efficiency
- Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and service offerings
- Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth and expansion
- Manage client contracts and ensure compliance with all agreements
- Represent the company in client meetings and presentations
- Resolve conflicts and manage client expectations with professionalism
- Collaborate with internal departments (HR, Payroll, etc.) for seamless service delivery
- 4–5 years in a similar role, ideally within the Australian construction industry
- Deep understanding of construction project dynamics, subcontractor management, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., AS/NZS ISO 9001, WHS)
- Proven success in client relationship management and service excellence
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills tailored to Australian business culture
- Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
- Analytical mindset with effective problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Work with a reputable Australian construction firm
