The Account Manager is primarily responsible for growing the business of existing corporate clients and at the same time managing necessary day-to-day coordination in order to promote smooth transactions between internal and external clients.

The Account Manager is primarily responsible for growing the business of existing corporate clients and at the same time managing necessary day-to-day coordination in order to promote smooth transactions between internal and external clients.
What You'll Do
- Grow Lalamove Business from assigned corporate clients
- Understand assigned clients’ business to learn how Lalamove products and services can best help them operationally
- Manage and address issues and concerns accordingly in a timely manner
- Seek regular feedback from assigned clients and think of ways on how to improve the way we serve them
- Prepares weekly, and monthly or as needed, reports to track performance and movement of assigned accounts
- Assist the Sales Manager in the preparation of sales reports
- Other sales duties as assigned by the Sales Manager
- Account Management: Manage corporate accounts and ensure clients expectations are being met.
- Sales Strategies: Align with client needs, ensuring a personalized experience.
- Communication skills: Provide and receive information effectively.
- Education: Bachelor's degree related in Business Management or Sales is strongly preferred
- 2+ years of successful sales experience in any industry
- Fluent in English and Cebuano
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software, CRM platforms and Adobe.
- Willing to work onsite in Oakridge Business Park 880 AS Fortuna Street Banilad, Mandaue City, Cebu
